Happy feelings in the air, touching people everywhere... This time of year marks the return of color. The true new year is arriving. The trees are budding verdant green, the lavender wisteria is fragrant in bloom, and wild flowers are sprouting here and there along the highways. Spring is setting in, and our clothing choices are beginning to mirror that refreshing joy.

As we prepare to enjoy the sunlight, the gentle breeze, and a selection of wines from around the world, one of our favorite things to look forward to is shopping clothiers and our closets to present our authentic and best selves to the collective.

For this year's International Rose & Wine Festival, we're looking forward to enjoying Riverview Park's beautiful water features, 35-foot rose sculptures, and (of course) the views of the Red River.

As we continue to gain new friends, socialites, and guests, we'll continue to communicate the expectations for attire as well as offer suggestions for our theme, which this year is "Happy Feelings." This classic Maze ft. Frankie Beverly's song is setting the rhythm for the weekend of April 24-26, 2026.

Ladies: We invite you to be the blossoms of the park, translating that "Happy Feeling" into our choice of dress.

Since we’ll be strolling through the park and dancing the day away, we encourage you to swap uncomfortable heels for wedges, sneakers in bright, punchy colors, or pedicured feet and sandals.

Gentlemen: We invite you to step into the rhythm of the weekend, mirroring the vibrant awakening of the world around us.

Bring the color. This year isn't about fading into the background; it’s about intentional vibrancy. From Aperol Orange to Transformative Teal, don’t be afraid to make a statement.
