APPLICATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 11, 2026

The International Rose & Wine Festival 2026 Vending Placements are available for April 26, 2026.

FOOD VENDORS: $200

RETAIL VENDORS: $100

Application Process

The Social Circle of Louisiana reserves the right to reject any application.

Approved vendors will notified via email and receive further instructions.

Fees and Payments: All vendors must submit application fees in full when submitting application.

Any application fees for a denied application will be refunded.

Vendors should not advertise their products or services are available at the International Rose & Wine festival without an e-mail of approval.

Booth Space

Organizers will provide each vendor with a designated space.

Vendors must ensure their display and equipment fit within the designated space.

Food vendors must provide their own tables and power source.

Vendors must be set up by the designated time specified in future emails or their space will be forfeited.

Products and Services

Vendors must sell or promote only the products or services specified in their application.

Ensure all products or services comply with applicable laws and refrain from selling illegal or harmful items.

Avoid using deceptive or misleading advertising.

Insurance & Liability

Vendors are responsible for obtaining necessary insurance coverage.

Vendors assume liability for any injuries or damages caused by their products or services.

The Social Circle of Louisiana LLC or any other partnering organizations nor sponsors are responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries during the festival.

Sales Tax

Vendors must register with The City of Shreveport, Louisiana Department of Revenue, and any other applicable entities to charge, collect, and remit appropriate taxes.
